the staff provided very good service at all times. the freshwater pools were clean. i found the staff very friendly and cute. the air-conditioned gym had all i needed.

The breakfast offered MANY choices. omelette and eggs were cooked to order. I appreciated that. vietnamese coffee WAS great. the staff was really good. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The air conditioner only just cooled the room down but cut out every time i left the room. It took a while to be comfortable.
